2018 CONCACAF World Cup Qualification – Fifth Round
The top two from each group in the Fourth Round play in a six team group. The top three teams in this group qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The fourth place team will face the fifth place AFC team in a home and away series. The winner qualifies for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
