Watch: Gylfi Sigurdsson scores brilliant free kick for Swansea City

Bob Bradley hasn’t gotten off to a great start as manager of Swansea City. Today was no different as his side went 1-0 down to a struggling Crystal Palace side. Bradley was hoping his side would step up after falling behind so early. Gylfi Sigurdsson responded.

The Icelandic midfielder stepped up for a free-kick on the edge of the 18-yard-box. Sigurdsson couldn’t have struck the ball any sweeter. His shot was head high and curled just beyond any Palace defender making up the wall. There was so much pace on the ball that it just about took the head off Siggurdsson’s teammate Jordi Amat. Amat ducked at the last minute, providing a lane for the ball to find the back of the net.
