Video: Theo Walcott follows Giroud brace with brace of his own

It’s no secret Arsenal have been struggling for form recently. Part of that issue is that they haven’t been able to get consistent goalscoring from any of their stars recently. Danny Welbeck’s return from injury has provided a small spark, but it’s also caused a shift in Arsenal’s team, which has resulted in Theo Walcott moving to the central strikers role and French international Olivier Giroud finding himself on the bench.

Walcott hasn’t exactly stood out as the central striker in recent games and against Hull manager Arsene Wenger returned Giroud to the team, moving Walcott back out wide. The move certainly worked for Giroud, who netted a brace with two goals on each side of halftime.

Not to be outdone was Theo Walcott, from his wide midfield role picked up a second half brace of his own.

Looks like the Arsenal’s two main strikers will be sharing the spot light some more.
