Wayne Rooney bends in sensational goal to put Man United ahead in FA Cup

Manchester United kicked off the fourth round of the FA Cup in style as they broke out to a 1-0 lead against EPL promotion hopeful Derby County. While an argument could have been made that Wayne Rooney was offside, he quickly got back on without detection and bent a great shot from outside the box as he had an outrageously clear shot on goal.

And come on, Martin Tyler. We’re you betting on Derby or something? Get a little more excited than that. It’s not Sergio Aguero winning the Premier League in the final seconds or Steven Gerrard’s beauty against Olympiakos in the Champions League but it was still a great goal.
