Months of hang ringing over the “Group of Death” turned in to a moment of pure brilliance for United States forward Clint Dempsey. Just 34 seconds in to the game against Ghana, Dempsey used a moment of great dribbling and a perfectly placed shot to put the United States up 1-0.
