Everybody makes mistakes, and the people that support others during those times are some of the coolest people ever. Point guard Jeremy Lin of the Charlotte Hornets can be added to that list of one of the coolest people ever after helping out a new fan for mistakenly getting Lin’s name in Chinese tattooed on herself.

Thanks to fans on Reddit, the Charlotte Hornets point guard got wind of the fan’s ink error and decided to get in on the fun to uplift her spirits.

The woman, who was not a basketball fan prior to getting her ankle inked, has apparently decided to make the best out of her mistake and adopt the Hornets as her favorite team, with Lin as her favorite player. Just goes to show that even post-Linsanity, Jeremy Lin can still win over the hearts of the masses.
