Celtics packing for more than just one game

The Boston Celtics got smacked up versus the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals, 98-79 in what could have been a close out game for Boston. Now the Celtics must travel to Miami for a decisive Game 7 and a chance to return to the NBA Finals and face the Thunder.

But if you are thinking the Celtics are planning to make one stop in Miami, think again. Boston is planning on making a trip from Miami to Oklahoma City after Game 7.

Check out what was written on the board (h/t ngngsports.com) after the Game 6 loss.

Talk about a big ol’ bowl of steaming confidence from the Celtics wouldn’t you agree?

However, Boston has proven they can beat the Heat in Miami and have players who have been under pressure-cooker games such as Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and of course coach Doc Rivers as well. And it is because of their championship pedigree, no one should be surprised of Boston wins Game 7 and heads back to the NBA Finals.
