Michigan State’s NCAA Tournament season is off to a great start as they crushed Miami 78-58 in a first round matchup Friday night in Tulsa.  It didn’t start out easy for the Spartans though. The Hurricanes jumped out to a 10-0 lead from the opening tip, and held a 17-5 lead halfway through the first half.  But Michigan State calmed down, and the final 30 minutes of the game was all Sparty, as MSU went on a 30-8 run to close the first half and kept rolling the rest of the way.
