Until Sunday, nobody on Earth had ever smashed 111 concrete blocks in 35 seconds by front-flipping onto them with their head. That’s presumably because nobody has tried, since that seems like it would hurt.

But that feat has finally been conquered by Bosnian taekwondo champion Kerim Ahmetspahic.

According to the video, the 16-year-old Ahmetspahic broke a Guinness World Record and that a Guinness World Record representative was there to document it. You can see also more about it here. We cannot find a previous record for breaking concrete blocks with one’s head, but this looks pretty difficult, so we’ll take their word for it.
