If you’re heading to the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany, get ready to drink a lot of beer. And thanks to the organizers of the festival, you won’t need to worry about them running out of beer.

That’s because organizers are constructing an elaborate pipeline that spans four miles and goes underground in order to make it easier for organizers to provide beer to the 75,000 people in attendance.

The new system will be able to pour six beers in six seconds and will help in transporting the beer. With a large field, it’s tough to transport kegs from one end to the other and the trucks may damage the ground which crops grow in some places so it’s best to have one centralized place to drop off the beer and have it go to every beer stand instead of dropping kegs off to each place.

It’s a big investment but considering every one of the 75,000 people at the festival drinks about 1.5 gallons of beer on average, it’ll probably be a worthwhile investment for all involved.

So if you love beer and heavy metal music like Megadeath, Alice Cooper, Marilyn Manson and many other performers, you may want to take a trip to Germany for this.
