The Children’s Trust hosted a charity event on Sunday at Wincanton Racecourse in Somerset, England. Well, part of the event included a MASCOT RACE, featuring 14 mascots sprinting to what actually ended up being a photo finish on the horse track.

Here’s video of the 14 big, weird, kind of creepy mascots racing, complete with some horse racing-esque commentary from BBC Sport:

Impressive effort by all of these mascots, aside from the otter (I didn’t catch his name and frankly I’m not sure he deserves one with that effort).

But Dylan the Dolphin and Charlie the Chef? If I’m an NFL scout I’m heading to England as soon as possible to learn more about those two athletes. If Dylan the Dolphin and Charlie the Chef are running that well in these costumes on a horse track, they’d probably be running about a 4.4 40 in underwear on the fast turf at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Combine.
