We here at The Comeback will admit when we don’t know much about a sport, and we don’t know all that much about BMX. But we do know that this, whatever it is, is really dang cool.

British BMX’er Sebastian Keep is wall-riding in really amazing places, and it’s just as awesome as it sounds. At the beginning of that video, which you might need to watch more than once in order to grasp the outright craziness of what Keep is doing, he says: “We set out to put tire prints where no one would dream of riding a bike.” I think he succeeding in doing that, don’t you?

Even crazier than the four-minute video itself is how Keep and his team put it together. Keep wrote on Facebook a taste of what he and his crew did to make this project come together, which included many mornings of waking up at 4 a.m., dressing up as construction crews, traffic stewards, etc. to scout out locations, building ramps and negotiating with security guards so that Keep could do crazy stunts and tricks off the buildings they were supposed to be keeping safe.

What might be even more mind-blowing than the main video itself is the behind-the-scenes movie that comes with it, which is a whole 32 minutes long.

“It’s almost like a new discipline of riding,” Keep is quoted by Red Bull, who sponsors Keep. “No one’s really done it before.”

I think that’s a pretty fair understatement. Enjoy the GIF’s, videos, and the sheer audacity of what Keep was able to do, and marvel at how he put it all together. It’s well worth your time.
