During the final round of The Masters on Sunday, Bubba Watson had a long putt for eagle on the par-five second hole. Watson — a two-time Masters champion — trailed leader Patrick Reed by eight strokes, so understandably he wanted to be aggressive with an opportunity for eagle.

Well, perhaps Watson was *too* aggressive, or maybe he just read the green terribly here.

Watson sent his putt right into the bunker. And it wasn’t a case of the putt going too long and finding the bunker (which is what I assumed before I watched the video). He just putted the damn thing directly into the bunker.

Hey, it happens. Golf is hard. And he still managed to save par!
