Before you step foot inside the clubhouse of the Tampa Bay Rays, one must pay close attention to the warning issued by Evan Longoria. Do not spoil Game of Thrones for him, or else.

Longoria wrote a message on the message board inside the clubhouse issuing the advisory to his teammates asking not to discuss the show in a manner that will spoil it for others. He shared that message on Instagram as well.

We can all probably understand where Longoria is coming from. While many Game of Thrones fans enjoy watching the show as it airs on HBO every Sunday night, the life of a professional athlete does not always allow for such luxuries. That is true for fans of other shows as well. Sure, one may be able to stream the show on the go with the latest technological advances we have available to us, but sometimes you just have to carve out the time later on in your schedule to enjoy your favorite show without distractions. And most would agree, you do not want to be distracted while watching Game of Thrones.

There has been no word on what the punishment is for spoiling the show for Longoria or others, but odds are nobody will want to find out what the consequences are.
