The Angels and Tigers found themselves in a rain delay during the sixth inning on Wednesday night in Detroit, and a goose decided to take advantage of a rare chance to be the big star on the field.

But the Comerica Park grounds crew ruined the fun and chased after the goose, which naturally led to the goose trying to fly away.

And that didn’t go so well. The goose did get away… before flying directly into a scoreboard and having a rough crash landing.

The goose is fine, so you don’t have to feel bad about laughing away at this one:
