Javy Baez was a huge part of the Chicago Cubs winning their first World Series title since 1908. The infielder showed off his tremendous abilities at the plate, defensively, and on the basepaths during the Cubs’ championship run.

Baez’s highly entertaining game comes with a lot of flair, and that’s a pretty good representation of how he is off the field as well.

The 24-year-old recently showed up to Cubs camp with a new bleached hairdo, and on Friday, showed off a brand-new Cubs World Series champions tattoo on his left shoulder:

More on the tattoo, via Carrie Muskat of Cubs.Com:

It’s just the start of what Baez has planned for his left arm.

“When my whole arm is finished, it’s going to make more sense,” he said. “It looks really nice but it’s there, alone. I’ve got another thing [planned] for my arm.”

The tattoos to come will feature his family, Baez said.

He has the image of his late sister, Noely, on his right shoulder, and that arm is completely covered. What if the Cubs win another championship?

“I still have my legs and my back,” he said.

Interesting tattoos featuring the MLB logo are certainly nothing new to Baez. He got this tattoo on the back of his neck when he was 16 years old:

Baez also showed up to camp on Friday in a Polaris Slingshot, but says he’s just renting it while he waits another week for his car to arrive in Arizona:
