The Phillies are the worst team in baseball this season, but if it’s any consolation, their Triple-A team just had one of the most exciting hits of the year—an inside-the-park grand slam.

Inside-the-park home runs are rarities, save for crazy bounces, but Phillies prospect JP Crawford got his inside-the-park grand slam without that crazy of a bounce—he’s just very fast.

While it was a great hit and run, it might be overshadowed by quite possibly the worst tag attempt of all time by the opposing catcher.

Look how early he catches the ball! He just doesn’t actually put the tag down.

It looks like we have a Strahan-Favre controversy for Minor League Baseball.
