Vladimir Guerrero was one of the very best — and arguably the most entertaining — hitters in baseball over the last 20 years. The former Expos and Angels superstar cranked 449 home runs and put together a ridiculous .318/.379/.553 slash line over his 16-year MLB career (which came to an end in 2011). His absurd plate coverage and ability to crush pitches out of the strike zone was unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

While Vlad is no playing in the majors, he’s taken his dinger-crushing ways to the softball field. The 43-year-old blasted a homer in a recent softball game, and made sure to enjoy every second of it. This home run celebration/pose is hilarious:

Not everyone could get away with that pose, but Vlad’s certainly earned it.

Things seem to be going pretty well for the Guerrero family these days, with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. tearing up the minor leagues in the Toronto Blue Jays’ system. The 18-year-old is already ranked as Baseball America’s No. 2 overall prospect, and played in the Futures Game on Sunday in Miami.

Vlad Sr. is a very proud dad:
