Dana White isn’t looking to sell his UFC ownership share unless an absurd offer comes his way.

On Tuesday, reports suggested ownership in the UFC could be changing hands as multiple offers were made to buy the fighting organization, with reported bids as high as $4 billion. White, a minority owner of the UFC, appeared on the Dan Patrick Show on Tuesday and said the UFC is not for sale – but he’s open for discussion on huge offers.

“We’re not up for sale,” White told Patrick. “We’re always working on deals and our expansion globally. I’ve been saying since this thing came out, no, we’re not for sale, but let me tell you what. If somebody shows up with $4 billion, we can talk. We can definitely talk.”

White did, however, say the company is working on expanding into Asian territories when asked if the UFC was selling an ownership stake. White also said he’s turned down offers of over a billion before, which may or may not be a load of garbage.

He said the only way he’d leave the sport is if he fell out of love with it.

“I don’t know. I don’t know how that would all work out, but I’ll tell you this,” White said of potentially leaving the company. “The day we decide to sell, I probably don’t want to do this anymore. I love this. I love this business. I love the sport. I jump out of bed everyday excited to go to work.”

White told Patrick the only way all of the UFC’s ownership would sell is if they too wanted out. Given his still burning enthusiasm for the sport, I can’t imagine that will happen anytime soon. However, it’s totally feasible the UFC sells a small amount of ownership to expand globally, much like they did in 2010 when 10% of the company was sold to Abu Dhabi-based Flash Entertainment.
