Joseph Nehm was scheduled to fight Ryse Brink on Saturday. However, after Brink won in quick fashion, Nehm quickly switched his anger to the referee.

I guess Nehm wasn’t happy with the official’s decision to rule him down and out of the bout. He ended up going after the referee and had him in a choke hold at one point. Or maybe he didn’t quite know where he was and went after the closest person to him. Excuse the “amateur commentary.” Seems as though this is the best clip out there.

I have to imagine you get prepared to some extent as a referee for a fighter attacking you. However, I certainly would be pissed if someone came after me.

It appears the fighter had the edge in this secondary bout. I guess he can go home with his head held high knowing he beat up an unsuspecting opponent.
