Blake Griffin is one of the most explosive players in the NBA, and his dunking prowess is unmatched in today’s league. However, there is so much more to the man than just basketball, and we all found out that one of his passions is stand-up comedy.

A few years back, Griffin attempted comedy for the first time in front of an audience by reading some “interesting” poems.

It was back to the drawing board following that act, and Griffin has definitely honed his offseason hobby since then judging by his appearance at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal this past week.

Griffin tackles things like the “big dumb athlete” stereotype and in the best moment of the routine makes an audience member work out while he critiques him and then interviews him.

Let’s just say Griffin clearly has a future outside of the NBA should he ever want to take it to the next level.
