The billboard advertising industry must be loving LeBron James’ impending free agency because fans have been buying up billboards across the country to reach out to the legend.

After attempts by Sixers and Lakers fans to entice LeBron to leave Cleveland in addition to an Akron realtor wanting him to stay with the Cavs, Portland Trail Blazers fans are now tossing their hat into the billboard game.

The Blazers fan site Trillblazin.net raised money to fund the billboard and chose a spot in in Portland conveniently above a Kia dealership.

Of the four teams who have put out billboards, the Blazers are the least likely to be getting LeBron this summer. The Cavs and Lakers seem to have the best chance along with the Sixers close behind but the Blazers are behind.

If anything, this is great advertising for Trillblazin and gives them a chance to support their local team. Whether or not they get LeBron, there’s at least that.
