Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid was fined $10,000 by the NBA last week for posting a video in which he said “fuck LaVar Ball.”

This became a feud because Embiid told his teammate, Ben Simmons, to dunk on Lonzo Ball “so hard that his daddy runs on the court to save him.” So Ball took a shot at Embiid’s intelligence and called him soft. That caused Embiid to respond. The NBA wasn’t having it.

Embiid, a self-proclaimed man of the people, does not seem to care.
