Much of the discussion around the Philadelphia 76ers-Denver Nuggets game Monday was about 2017 No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz playing his first game since October, but the even more impressive highlights may have come from Fultz’s Sixers’ teammate Joel Embiid. For example, there was this incredible dunk on Paul Millsap:

That got quite the Twitter reaction:
Dear god Embiid just broke Millsap in half

As many noted, this was perhaps some nice revenge by Embiid for Millsap (then with the Atlanta Hawks) being picked for the all-star team over him last year:
Last year, Paul Millsap was selected as an All Star over @JoelEmbiid. Today, Joel Embiid ended Paul Millsap's life. The process doesn't forget. #RIP #TrustTheProcess pic.twitter.com/u3emIkz0Qt

Oh, and this wasn’t all Embiid did Monday. Consider his remarkable defense:

Embiid did get into foul trouble at one point, but the Sixers’ bench managed to step up to maintain their lead. And early in the fourth quarter, he already had 18 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks in just 23 minutes of gameplay. (He finished with 20 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks in 27 minutes.) Plus, he posted these ridiculous highlights. Trust the process indeed. And we’ll see if Embiid follows this up with some Instagram trolling…
