If anyone is planning on losing weight for their New Year’s resolution, this probably isn’t the best way to lose weight but it’s effective.

Seafood is not for everybody, but bad seafood is for nobody. That includes NBA players like Kevin Love, who apparently had a bad experience with some seafood recently.

Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue said Love digested some bad sea bass on the way back from a trip to Charlotte. As a result, that caused him to lose some weight. The illness forced him to miss the remainder of a home game against the New Orleans Pelicans last night.

Love played 24 minutes and went 5-for-19 with 12 points before getting the rest of the night off.

Who hasn’t been there once in their lives, when you eat something that just doesn’t sit well with you and causes you to make some more frequent trips to the restroom? At least Kevin Love’s experience with sea bass was better than these guys experience with Sea Bass.
