The NBA announced Friday afternoon that the league would be launching the NBAmoji App, which would give fans a series of emojis starting with the 2016 Finals. The app is free to download in the App Store as well as Google Play.

From the NBA’s release:

Developed in partnership with YinzCam, the Official Team and Arena Mobile App Developer of the NBA, the NBAmoji App will offer fans emojis of all players in The Finals 2016, logos for the Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers and NBA Finals, as well as the Larry O’Brien Trophy and select animations.

There are emojis with your stars from the Finals in LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

If those four aren’t your cup of tea, surely one of the many role players from these two teams will do. Perhaps the J.R. Smith “Swish” emoji, or the Marreese Speights “Mo Buckets” emoji. It could even be as simple as a basketball, or the NBA logo.

The app will offer new emojis for the WNBA’s 20th season and the 2016 NBA Draft as well. Fans can share the emojis through social media, as well as in your basic messaging apps.

The timing of the app might be a little off, with Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Friday night, but better late than never, right?
