Jimmy Kimmel’s “mean tweets” have always brought us great laughs, but they’re especially fun when star athletes are involved. So it was perfect when a new edition of mean tweets was shown prior to Game 1 of the NBA Finals, with NBA stars featured once again.
The video included current and former players alike, including Jalen Rose, Klay Thompson, Blake Griffin, Andre Iguodala, Russell Westbrook, Reggie Miller, Doc Rivers, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, Stephen Curry, DeAndre Jordan, and Dikembe Mutombo.
One thing of note here is that no Cavaliers players participated in the mean tweets reading. That could be something, it could be nothing. Either way, we’ll never say no to some mean tweets.
It must be some type of shock for the people that composed these hateful tweets to see them on their televisions. Although their Twitter handles are redacted, maybe they’ll think twice now before trying to roast NBA players and personalities.
