After Boise State hit two free throws to take a 70-68 lead with 8.6 seconds left, it appeared the Oregon Ducks had sent the game to overtime when Payton Pritchard went the length of the floor to tie the game with 3.1 seconds left.

But, those good feelings for the Ducks and their fans quickly vanished.

Boise senior guard Lexus Williams took the inbounds pass and dribbled to the middle of the “O” at Matthew Knight Arena’s half-court, and drained a buzzer-beating three to give the Broncos a stunning 73-70 win.

Here’s video of the insane sequence:

So, it took a half-court shot to snap Oregon’s 46-game home winning streak, which was the longest streak in Division I. Now, the Cincinnati Bearcats have the longest home winning streak at 30 games.

And it’s an excellent win for Boise State (now 7-1) and their résumé.
