Jim Harbaugh is a very rowdy, energetic type of person. It’s part of what makes him such an entertaining and great coach on the gridiron, and an interesting character off of it.

So when the Chicago Cubs welcomed him to Wrigley Field on Wednesday to throw the first pitch against the in-town rival White Sox, it came as no surprise that Harbaugh was locked in. And as the coach who tries to remain one of the most hip in college football (like with his rapping career), he had to throw a strike.

Harbaugh made sure he warmed up with some long toss before the game, and even wore cleats!

On the rubber, Harbaugh wound up, and delivered some heat, adding to his legend.

Of course, this wasn’t the first time Harbaugh had thrown out the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game. Last season, the threw out the first pitch before a Detroit Tigers game, and that one was a strike too.

Surely this won’t be the last we see of Jim Harbaugh at major league stadiums. He sure seems to enjoy it.
