It’s only Week 1 of the college football season, but we already have an impressive Catch of the Year contender courtesy of New Mexico State’s Jaleel Scott.

The Aggies’ wide receiver somehow reeled in a full-extension, one-handed touchdown catch in the back of the end zone, with an Arizona State defensive back draped all over him. This catch had to even make Odell Beckham Jr.’s jaw drop:

Just a ridiculous grab from the 6’6″ senior.

Scott certainly did his part on the night, with eight receptions, 149 yards receiving, and two touchdowns. But the Aggies came up just short in Tempe, losing 37-31 to the Sun Devils.
