Texas A&M helmet

Texas A&M is playing Ole Miss this weekend just days after learning they will play the rest of the season without quarterback Trevor Knight. But don’t worry about the Aggies. They appear to have plenty of firepower behind them.

In fact, Texas A&M is bringing out some really big guns to get ready for the Rebels. Heck, they’ve even got a tank!

In a short video featuring former Aggies Kevin Matthews, Mike Matthews, and Jake Matthews (all who have played in the NFL) and their father, Bruce Matthews (who played college football at USC), the Matthews family rolled out a tank to take out their frustrations on a poor, defenseless Ole Miss football helmet. The helmet stands no chance.

And that’s exactly what we’re gonna do to Ole Miss, Ags!

A&M hasn’t beaten Ole Miss since 2013, so we decided to bring in the big guns in the form of gigantic offensive linemen … and a tank. CAUSE THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT WE’RE GONNA DO TO ‘EM, AGS!

Ole Miss has beaten Texas A&M each of the last two seasons, but the Aggies look like a clear favorite this week despite a road loss at Mississippi State last week.

If you were curious, this Matthews family is part of the same Matthews family that includes Packers linebacker Clay Matthews. Bruce is Clay’s uncle.
