The six-game suspension for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott over domestic violence allegations is back on.
U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla dissolved Elliott’s temporary restraining order and denied his motion for preliminary injunction on Monday night in New York, according to several reports.

The star running back’s side has 24 hours to appeal, but the Dallas Morning News’ David Moore says how “legal options are extremely limited at this time & aren’t in [Elliott’s] favor.”

For now, it appears Elliott will miss Cowboys (4-3) games against the Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Falcons, Philadlephia Eagles, Los Angeles Chargers, Washington Redskins, and New York Giants. He would be eligible to return Dec. 17 in Week 15 against the Oakland Raiders.
