The outcome of the Green Bay Packers/Dallas Cowboys playoff game turned deadly for one Las Vegas family.

After getting drunk and watching the game, brothers Justin (40) and Robert Boyer (46) got into an argument which resulted in Justin attacking Robert. In self defense, Robert stabbed Justin multiple times and Justin later died after crawling across the street asking for help from a neighbor. Police believed Justin suffered from a mental illness and friends said the Cowboys loss sent him over the edge.

Robert Lewis, the neighbor who Justin went to for help was astonished that this happened and couldn’t believe someone would get to that level of anger over a football game.

“I’m passionate. I’m an Eagles fan and I’m passionate about my Eagles but to get to that level over a ballgame is just crazy. Unreal. Unbelievable.”

“I have sons. I know they can get passionate when they fight,” Lewis said. “I hope they never get that passionate when they fight. It’s very sad.”

It’s reported by KSVN News3 that while police determined the stabbing to be in self defense, the district attorney is going to review the case to see if charges should be filed on Robert.

People can get passionate over a game but yeah, this is way too much. Nobody should get to the point to where they are getting into a fight with their brother over a game, much less stabbing one of them to death.
