At this point, the Vegas odds of Johnny Manziel being sued at least once per month is probably close to even.

Johnny Manziel is reportedly being sued by an employee at an Austin bar after Manziel allegedly punched him in the face and broke his nose, according to ESPN.

Eric Newton of Travis County, Texas filed the lawsuit on Monday and is seeking up to $1 million in damages for the incident that allegedly occurred on September 6th. The Austin bar where the incident happened was hosting a private party that Manziel attended.

In the suit, Newton claims Manziel wanted Newton to make him drinks, but because he was a bartending assistant, he wasn’t allowed to. Later on, Newton was talking about the conversation with Manziel with another customer. Someone in Manziel’s group heard the exchange and told Manziel.

Shortly after, Manziel approached Newton, cursed him out, and then punched him in the face. According to the lawsuit, the two fell to the floor and then Manziel got up and ran out through the back exit.

Of course, this happens while Manziel is dealing with another major lawsuit. Manziel is currently scheduled to appear in Dallas court on Thursday for a hearing related to a domestic assault charge involving his former girlfriend.

That incident stems from an accusation from his former girlfriend Colleen Crowley that Manziel hit and threatened her during a night out in January of 2016.

In early November, prosecutors reached a tentative deal to dismiss the misdemeanor charge that could’ve resulted in a year in jail and a $4,000 fine.

The third lawsuit Manziel is dealing with stems from an incident where he trashed a Los Angeles rental home back in April.

Meanwhile, here’s an interesting stat.

That means Johnny Manziel is winning 3-1. You know, three lawsuits to one A&M win against an SEC opponent at home.

Or how about 3-0 for this one?
