Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has been the driving force behind the team’s success this season, and a fantasy stalwart on top of that. So, when he suffered what looked like an ugly knee injury Sunday, Bills fans and fantasy football players alike were holding their breath.

At first glance, many feared the worst for McCoy:
LeSean McCoy is down, gripping his right now. Doesn't look good. Ripped his own helmet off. Writhing on the turf

However, fears of a season-ending injury like an ACL tear were soon dispelled. McCoy was seen running and testing out the knee on the Bills sidelines, and before long he was officially deemed ready to return to the game. Not only would he not be out for the year, he wouldn’t even be out for the second half.
McCoy is jogging, running, and cutting. Might a total disaster have been averted?

McCoy was well enough to add a third rushing touchdown in the second half, punctuating a 45-16 Buffalo blowout of the 49ers.
