The New Orleans Saints – Atlanta Falcons rivalry has had plenty of memorable moments over the years, and several of those Sunday came not on the field, but rather from the Superdome staff and halftime performers. To start with, the video board’s coverage of the Falcons’ entrance into the stadium saw a MARTA bus get in the way, as with the demolition of the Georgia Dome earlier this year:

Beyond that, even the halftime show included a joke about the Falcons blowing a 28-3 lead in last year’s Super Bowl:

This game also saw the Falcons give up a butt interception and lose 23-13, further damaging their playoff hopes. But on-field blows are one thing. Getting trolled by the halftime act and the video board is adding insult to injury.
