Fans hoping to get into a World Series game in Chicago are going to have to take out a loan, making the price paid for tickets to a game in Cleveland look like a bargain.

At $750 per ticket, that is still a heavy price to pay to see your team play in the World Series, but the good (?) news for Cleveland sports fans is there is a much more economical choice to get your sports fill. It comes with a catch: you have to watch the Browns.

1 World Series ticket or 62 Browns tickets?

As of October 25, according to StubHub, the lowest price to pay to get into a Cleveland Browns game this Sunday against the New York Jets was just $12. NFL tickets going for that price, even for a team as bad as the Browns, is almost unheard of. This just goes to show how much fans are turned off by their miserable NFL franchise, which has once again become a joke around the NFL approaching the midpoint of the season.

There could also be a World Series impact on the ticket prices, even though there is hardly any direct competition. With Cleveland buzzing about the Indians, the interest in the local football team likely drops even more below the low point of interest it stood before. Also, the Cavaliers are playing basketball again, and they have LeBron James.

Do you have a LeBron James, Browns? No. You do not. Maybe you should try getting one. Or maybe find a way to make your home games to serve as pep rallies for the Indians, even after the World Series has ended.
