Chris Jericho is a huge Winnipeg Jets fan. The WWE superstar and lead singer for Fozzy, Jericho is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and his childhood team is back in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Carrie Underwood is a huge Nashville Predators fan. The country singer and American Idol winner, Underwood lives in Nashville and cheers on husband Mike Fisher as often as she can.
The Jets and the Predators are meeting in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and Jericho wanted to raise the stakes on the outcome of the series. Jericho first posted on Instagram what they should put on the line.
And after no response from Underwood, Jericho was on 680 CJOB in Winnipeg and challenged her to a $10k bet where the money will go to the charity of the winner’s choosing.

Underwood hasn’t responded to Jericho’s wager or his trash talk. It might be smart for Underwood to not go for the bet now that Winnipeg took Game 1 with a 4-1 final. But it’ll be clear that both people will be cheering on their teams.
