A very scary scene at TD Garden on Tuesday night, as Arizona Coyotes center Alexander Burmistrov stretchered off the ice after taking a massive open-ice hit from Boston Bruins defenseman Colin Miller.
The hit happened with 16:11 to go in the second period, and Miller was assessed a five-minute charging penalty and a game misconduct.
Burmistrov gave a thumbs-up to the TD Garden crowd as the Bruins’ fans gave him a loud ovation.
