Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Michal Neuvirth made an absolutely incredible stick save with just 1.6 seconds left, to preserve a 3-2 Flyers victory over the Minnesota Wild on Thursday night at Wells Fargo Center.

This is just an unbelievable play, and it’s equally as stunning that the puck didn’t somehow cross the line (if it did, we can’t conclusively say so):

That is a “Save of the Year” quality stop, and factor in the game situation it took place? It doesn’t get any better than that.

On the other side of things, man, that’s quite a heartbreaking way for the Wild to lose.
