Broad Street Hockey reports no serious injuries occurred but a number of older fans were whisked away in wheelchairs.

According to Philly.com, Comcast Spectacor (the company that owns the Wells Fargo Center) shut down the escalator later in the day for a home game for the Philadelphia 76ers and the company is working with the escalator operators to investigate the incident.
