In a way, it’s already happened. Back in season four of the hit show Archer, the main character appeared to crossover into the world of another hit show, Bob’s Burgers.

The scene above took place during Archer‘s season four premiere and three years later a fan took the crossover of the two shows to a whole new level.
Simon Chong is an animator and he recently said that he was bored one day and figured he would get working on his own version of a Bob’s Burgers and Archer combined show.
“Bob’s Burgers is hands down my favourite animated show ever made. I just adore it, it’s my happy place and long may it continue. Archer is another of my favourite shows, and I really enjoyed the crossover between the two in Archer’s 4th season. This piece started out as a doodle back in January 2017, and soon spiraled into something where I challenged to myself to imitate the Bob’s Burgers animation style, and using dialogue from both shows, form some sort of short where the characters meet. This has been an absolute passion project, and it’s made to honor both shows in the only way I know how, through my art.”
The end result? Pure brilliance.
Chong pieced together parts of dialogue from the two shows to end up with the above clip. The animation however Chong wasn’t able to cut, copy, and paste together. As a result, he had to create his own animation over the past seven months to end up with the scene above.
