Gal Gadot is just about to take the superhero movie genre by storm with her starring role in Wonder Woman, following up her debut as the Amazon warrior in Batman v Superman and leading up to the first Justice League film later this year. Being Wonder Woman requires some tough training, though, and it’s not for everybody.

This is especially true of tall and lanky red-haired late-night talk show hosts like Conan O’Brien.

Conan made a visit to a Warner Brothers warehouse studio to meet with Gadot and gain some personal insight on just what it takes to be Wonder Woman. It didn’t take long for Conan to realize that training to be a superhero is physically demanding.

Did you catch one of those CGI bullets that Conan didn’t deflect with his Wonder Woman gauntlets? You’ll shoot your eye out, kid.

Fans of Conan will recognize Conan’s superhero look immediately. The look was shown off at Comic-Con last year, when Conan decided to get in on the fun of dressing up like a superhero for Comic-Con. The look had no resemblance to the previous superhero look of the late-night talk host, The Flaming C, from 2010.

Clearly, all Conan wants to be when he grows up is a superhero.

Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2.
