Who knew the guy who played Chandler Bing was a bully in school? Well, if you’re Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau, that’s not a rhetorical question.
As Perry told Jimmy Kimmel, Perry apparently used to beat up Trudeau:
“I was reminded this by my friend Chris Murray, who was also in fifth grade in Canada. We actually beat up Justin Trudeau. I don’t think (jealousy is) the reason we beat him up. I think he was the only kid in school we could beat up.”
You have to love how Perry takes credit for helping Trudeau learn to overcome adversity, which serves him well as the prime minister of Canada.
Perry says the two have not had contact, but I think enough time has passed that the two can come together once again and have a laugh about the past, and perhaps use this story as a lesson to share throughout Canada in an anti-bullying campaign.
