It’s not every day that you hear of someone arrested for trying to use a weapon inspired by Batman, but that’s what a Seattle man pulled off this week.

On Monday night, what started with a homemade spear incident escalated to car chases and Batarangs. Q13 Fox reports that this kicked off at a local bar around 6:30 p.m. when a man “swung a knife attached to a metal pole at a bouncer,” which led to the police being called in and giving chase. That’s when the man allegedly threw the Batarang at their vehicle, and it embedded in the front end of their SUV.

The 23-year-old man in question was arrested and charged with felony assault, and there may be other charges forthcoming, including weapons and obstruction challenges. So, the moral here is clear; don’t throw Batarangs at police. In fact, maybe don’t try to be Batman in general. After all, there can only be one:
