Inventive? Yes. Adorable? Of course. Effective? Probably so. I'm nowhere near Phoenix, and I would love to have one of those little guys on my desk. I just hope he doesn't fall down easily when someone bumps him. I would hate for a bobblehead that special to get damaged.
