Nathan MacKinnon becomes 10th 18-year-old to hit 60 points

Nathan MacKinnon needed just two points in his final six games to hit a historic mark for 18-year-olds in the NHL.

On Saturday afternoon he reached the 60-point mark in grand fashion. He scored this goal to become just the 10th 18-year-old to record at least 60 points in a season in NHL history:

Jeff Skinner was the last to accomplish this feat in 2010-2011.

What an impressive season for MacKinnon. Despite little fanfare, he should win the Calder Trophy.
