Mike Babcock compliments Brad Marchand by calling him a pain in the butt

Team Canada blasted the Czech Republic in their World Cup opener by a score of 6-0, and one of the main reasons was Bruins pest Brad Marchand. Marchand flourished on a line with Sidney Crosby and Patrice Bergeron as he had three points in the first period to help Canada to a 3-0 lead.

Team Canada and Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Mike Babcock was asked post game about having Marchand on his side for once.

Too bad there’s probably no chance in the real world that the Bruins would ever trade Marchand to the Maple Leafs. Oh well, it’s a nice dream for Babcock to have for the next two weeks.
