Video: No one noticed the Vancouver Canucks scored a goal

It takes a while to get back into the swing of things. When you are away from a job for a significant amount of time, even if you’re a professional hockey player, you can be rusty. In the NHL, that goes for both players and referees.

One of the most egregious displays of this took place last night as almost everyone on the ice missed that the Vancouver Canucks scored a goal.

The nonchalant nature weirds me out. The puck is in the net and no one is reacting? How did everyone miss this? So odd. Hopefully more people will celebrate (or notice) Ben Hutton’s next goal.
