Video: Thomas Greiss loses skate blade, forced to briefly leave game

The New York Islanders had a few scary moments after goaltender Thomas Greiss was forced to briefly leave Game 4 after losing his skate blade. The blade appeared to fall off on a fairly routine play and Greiss had to exit to get his skate worked on after it was clear it required more than just a brief fix.

And then Greiss was forced to leave which led to backup Jean-Francois Berube being called on to guard the net during a penalty kill.

Fortunately for the Islanders, Berube was able to stop the two shots he faced before Greiss was able to return.
